Established in March, 2010, Cecily's Closet is a volunteer corporation. We received our approved articles of incorporation from the California Secretary of State on March 29, 2010. We are recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, nonprofit corporation.
The TeamTogether we make a bigger difference! Cecily's Closet has partnered with local corporations, non-profits, government agencies and health professionals and local designers to help lend a hand to families of children with special needs.
