From Hospice to Home - Jacob's story

Our 14th room is complete and this family's story is inspiring. Can you imagine celebrating the birth of your new baby and being told he would not survive past 6 months of age? It takes strength, courage and love to raise a child with special needs. Please take the time to read Jacob's story and see how his family functions as a TEAM.
